Biography
Anisha leads CAF’s advisory work with charities and comes with significant experience in grant management and impact advisory across UK and India. At CAF she focuses on building civil society resilience, strategy and impact, enabling partnerships, donor relations and fundraising. She managed the cross-functional team to design and set-up the CAF Resilience Fund, a £40mn matched fund between the UK government and corporate donors to support charities that were disproportionately affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Prior to joining CAF, Anisha worked at the Youth Endowment Fund, a UK Home Office funded initiative leveraging £200million over 10 years to tackle youth violence in UK. Her previous experience includes grant management and impact advisory at Dasra, India’s leading strategic philanthropy foundation after successful stints at Teach for India and Citibank N.A. Anisha holds an MBA in Finance and a graduate degree in Economics.
