Non-Solicitation Policy

Non-Solicitation Policy for the 2025 International Grantmaking Symposium

CAF America maintains a non-solicitation policy for the 2025 International Grantmaking Symposium and all related events. This policy is in place to ensure that all attendees have a distraction-free and productive environment, and applies to all aspects of the conference, including related events, meetings, and webinars.

They key points of our non-solicitation policy are as follows:

  1. Prohibited Solicitation: We do not allow any form of solicitation during the event, including seeking business, distributing grant proposals, or requesting grant funding.
  2. Use of Event Information: Attendees are kindly requested not to use event information, including attendee lists or similar information, for solicitation purposes without explicit permission.
  3. Prohibited Activities: Prohibited activities include unauthorized receptions, exhibits, membership recruitment, promotion of non-IGS events, and unauthorized distribution of materials. Please note that distributing business cards is permitted.

It’s important to understand that violations of this policy may result in expulsion from the event without a refund. Furthermore, egregious/multiple violations may lead to disqualification from participating in future events organized by CAF America, at our discretion.

We believe that adhering to this policy will help create a positive and focused atmosphere for all attendees. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the integrity of our conference.

If you have any questions or require clarification regarding this policy or any other conference-related matters, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at events@cafamerica.org.
