Vice President & Director of Relationship Management
For the past eight years, Davida Rivens has served in leadership roles for Foundation For The Carolinas, the 6th largest Community Foundation in the US with $2.4B in assets under management. She currently serves as VP & Director, Customer Experience with E4E Relief, a subsidiary of Foundation For The Carolinas. E4E Relief partners with compassionate companies providing grants to employees in times of disaster or hardship. Over the past five years, E4E Relief has awarded more than $42 million in relief through company-specific Employee Relief Fund programs.
Davida oversees E4E Relief’s relationship management team, ensuring client satisfaction on all levels. Davida also directs all customer engagement activities and administers key operations functions important to program success, including the skillful facilitation of sensitive situations in compliance with program policies and IRS regulations.
Prior to joining Foundation For The Carolinas and E4E Relief, she spent more than eight years in the nonprofit sector in various capacities, including development, donor and board relations, grant writing, capacity building and assessment, as well as nonprofit consulting. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A in English and Communications.
